How to make Healthy Tiramisu Pancake
To prepare this breakfast recipe, take a bowl and mix together oats, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate powder and coffee powder. Now, crack open eggs in the bowl and add 1 tablespoon coconut oil and milk in it. Mix it well. Beat the eggs and make a smooth batter.
Heat remaining coconut oil in a pan over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, pour pancake batter in it. Cook the pancake until it is golden-brown in color. Repeat this with the entire batter and place the pancakes on a plate.
Take a small bowl and mix together Greek yogurt, sugar free pellets and vanilla essence. Whisk it well to combine.
To assemble, in a plate, place a pancake and apply yoghurt mix over it. Place another pancake over it and top it up again with yoghurt mix, chocolate chips and almond flakes. Sprinkle some coffee powder on top. Repeat this with all the pancakes. Serve immediately to enjoy!
