How to make Whole Wheat Vanilla Cupcakes
To prepare this dessert recipe, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Grease cupcake mould with refined oil. Start sifting wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, corn flour and salt in a mixing bowl. In a large bowl, mix together milk, vanilla essence, milk powder, powdered sugar and yoghurt.
Now, add the dry ingredients in the bowl containing the wet ingredients and whisk them using a spatula. Make sure the batter smooth and lump-free. Once the batter is ready, start filling cupcake moulds. You can use cupcakes liners if you want. Place the cupcake mould in the preheated oven.
Bake the cupcakes for roughly 17-18 mins. You can check these by pricking the cupcake with a skewer or fork. If it comes out clean that implies your cupcakes are ready.
